Dates: July 22, 2013 – August 16, 2013 (4 weeks)

Tuition: $5,800.00
This comprehensive fee includes: all tuition and instruction, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, transportation to and from the airport, all books and materials, guest presentations, workshops, field trips, and all cultural and social activities organized by the program, including sports, exercises, museum and gallery admissions and theater tickets. It does not include airfare or personal expenditures.

Payment:
Applications require a deposit of $1,000.00 payable to AEC.
The balance of payment for tuition is due by June 10, 2013.

We are happy to provide names of students, parents, and teachers in your area who are familiar with our program. Please call or e-mail us for a list of references.

Supplemental Information:
Full information or travel arrangements, packing lists, and other pertinent details will be sent after application form is sent with the deposit.

Signatures:
1. I agree to pay all charges for the program.
2. All tuitions and fees must be paid in full amount by June 10, 2013.
3. Make payment to the AEC.
AEC reserves the right to terminate this agreement if:
Tuition is not paid in full amount or a student’s behavior is disruptive or proves detrimental to our program.
4. AEC 2013 Summer NY Adventure reserves the right to cancel program due to each of enrollment.
